It aims to change the culture and perceptions around mental wellbeing at work, enabling the whole industry to operate more effectively.
We provide energy companies and their employees with tools, training, best practice, and access to wellbeing coaches, to ensure they are fully supported to manage mental wellbeing at work.
I have worked in the energy industry for many years, and it is a fascinating and fast-paced sector. However, it also comes with its own unique challenges and pressures.
